Domestic Violence Over the years the violence has been on the rise worldwide. This influx in the rate of violence has been impacting our lives and most importantly there has been a significant rise in the domestic violence. The main victims have been the females and they have been persecuted in a number of ways and it has not helped their cause at all. Domestic violence against the females has existed for centuries now and time and again there have been cases where they were forced to the limit but things have never become so gloomy and open as they are now. When the violence starts to infringe upon the right of the other person then it starts to take the form of crime. Such criminal acts have been rising by and far over the past many decades and more and more cases are coming forward. It is not only a social case anymore but also a social issue, which needs to be addressed as the society, and the lifestyles have to be well and truly preserved. To do away with these criminal activities one would need to identify what are the real acts of violence and domestic problems being faced by couples and females and only then can a viable solution be suggested to keep the things in order. Over the years there have been a lot of respite in regard to this case by having laws and acts to provide cover for such issues. So what are the primary goals of any good criminal justice system?
